【為青年理財賦能：攜手港大經管學院，拓展 WISE 計劃無限潛能】

青年創新與跨界別協作，是推動社會實質改變的強大動力。在過去的兩個月，我們十分榮幸能參與香港大學經管學院（HKU Business School）的「商業諮詢實踐計劃 2025-26」。

打破傳統日常行政實習的框架，一群優秀的港大學生化身為「學生顧問」深入社區前線。在為期四週的密集諮詢中，他們針對本機構旗下服務華裔及非華裔青少年的核心項目——「理想．理財 — 青少年理財教育計劃（WISE Project）」，進行了深度的營運與策略分析。

這次合作的成果令人鼓舞。學生團隊不僅精準剖析了不同族裔青年在現實中面臨的理財痛點，更為 WISE Project 的長遠發展，度身制訂了一套具備高可行性與前瞻性的擴展藍圖。這些策略建議將直接協助我們優化服務，為多元文化背景的青年建構更穩健的財務未來。

【Empowering Youth Through Financial Literacy: Unlocking the Infinite Potential of the WISE Blueprint with HKU Business School!】

Youth innovation and cross-sector collaboration are powerful engines for driving tangible social impact. Over the past two months, we were incredibly honored to partner with the HKU Business School for their Business Consulting Practicum 2025-26!

Stepping beyond traditional administrative internships, we welcomed a team of brilliant student consultants to dive deep into our frontline operations. In an intensive 4-week sprint, they tackled real-world strategic challenges to scale our flagship WISE Youth Financial Management Education Project, which serves both local and non-Chinese-speaking (NCS) youth.

The impact of their work has been phenomenal. The student team conducted a deep-dive analysis of the unique financial literacy pain points across diverse ethnic backgrounds. More importantly, they delivered highly actionable and forward-looking recommendations to ensure the project’s long-term sustainability, helping us elevate our overall service delivery.

A heartfelt thank you to the HKU student consultants for their dedication and innovative insights, as well as the Course Coordinator and Professional Mentors for their expert guidance!

Moving forward, we are excited to translate these strategic recommendations into real-world action, continuously upgrading our services to build a more financially secure future for the youth in our community .
